BioReigns prides itself by underscoring its products’ special quality: water-solubility. That is truly a big thing for anyone patronizing CBD products, since most of them come in oil form which does not mix well with the human body that is approximately 60% water. With this, it is said that CBD oil products could take longer to take effect while water-soluble CBD products could penetrate the bloodstreams easier and faster.

BioReigns brags that its products are formulated using premium hemp-derived CBD that is THC free as they “track” the production from seed to sale.

Though its products are not officially approved by Food and Drug Administration (FDA), BioReigns highlights that its products are “produced in an FDA registered and inspected, Food-Grade, GMP-Compliant facility and they are tested by independent third parties for safety and quality.”

As of now, BioReigns offers a wide range of products. Some of its key products that continuously gain popularity are Limitless, CBD Tincture and the CBD ZZZ (sleep) formula.

Limitless is an all-natural water soluble CBD/Curcumin isolate working along with proven highly effective formulations to maximize benefits in the human body. It claims that it increases brain function and focus as it boosts physical stamina and levels of an individual’s appetite. It also helps for anti-inflammatory, muscle recovery, and insulin resistance.

On the other hand, the CBD/Curcumin Tincture combination promotes calmness and helps with anxiety, pain, and inflammation while CBD ZZZ aids for a faster sleep. Being water-soluble, the products also contain zero calories and zero grams of fat which are apparently present in oil-based CBD products.

There are other more options of products that BioReigns offers. Some of them are Biodefense, CBD Daily Broad Spectrum, CBD Daily Full Spectrum, CBD Lean, pet tincture, relief cream, relief lotion and bath bombs.

The products, being MLM products they are, obviously cost a lot higher than other CBD products available in the market. BioReigns, in response to this, claims that its water-soluble products show great efficacy among its users.

Despite these claims and the statement that their products are manufactured in the US, BioReigns is not a member of the US Hemp Authority, the institution that governs hemp-based companies. It is seen as one of the important characteristics of ideal CBD-based products since the US Hemp Authority sets specific qualities and standards in the products being produced by companies. Bioreigns also offers zero information about its extraction process and the location where it gets its hemp supply.

Currently, there is only one CBD-based product approved by FDA which has gone through a rigid series of tests to be considered as a drug: Epidiolex.

BioReigns continues to charge at the top of the MLM industry accompanied by its claims based on personal testimonials of its consumers. Nevertheless, wouldn’t it be great to have such claims being data-based? Oh, and of course have products that are FDA-approved. You don’t want to lavishly purchase products based on personal hearsays, do you?

How Do I Join?

If you are one of those marketing daredevils who brave risks in the industry, you might consider joining BioReigns as one of its Reps.

Basically, you just need to find a sponsor and be activated by paying $50. Anyone can do it by visiting their site and filling up a form with essential information.

Interestingly, there was one unusual way that Bioreigns used to offer to find recruits: buying a position. You just heard that right! You could buy a rank at Bioreigns. Originally, there were two ranks an individual could choose and start from: the Manager rank or the Elite rank. An individual would be required to “activate” these ranks by paying certain amounts.

The Manager Activation used to cost $249.99 included with one Limitless, one peppermint Day Tincture, one peach Sleep Tincture and two sample packs. On the other hand, the Elite Activation was worth $599.99 with inclusion of Gift Card Credit you could use for the company products.

Starting with those specific higher ranks entitled anyone of higher commission rates, however there were also requirements that were needed to meet each month to maintain the positions such as higher PQV, which we will be having soon.

Nonetheless, on its new rank structure, the BioReigns removed its Manager rank while the Elite rank which only required 85 PQV was changed to Elite 1K which now demands for 80 PQV, 2 Personally Enrolled Reps, and 1000 ETQV. What a drastic change, right?

With this, here is the new succession of ranks that you need to achieve before being eligible for the company’s compensations and bonuses.

An individual can hold a specific rank on a monthly basis depending whether the given requirements are met. These requirements are the Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV), the volume obtained from both personal purchases and retail sales; Enrollment Tree Qualifying Volume (ETQV), the Qualifying Volume earned within your sponsorship tree; Personally Enrolled Reps, the Reps or recruits you brought in to be a part of your sponsorship tree and the Leg Rule which I will discuss later with some examples for more clarification.

Compensation Plan

• Jump Start Commissions

This is a weekly payout. BioReigns describes it as “the quickest way to start earning.” This commission only lasts for a month upon joining the company and anyone can enjoy it as long as he or she remains active for the entire month. All product orders placed by Reps for the first 30 days of their arrival are eligible for this compensation. Personally enrolling recruits under your enrollment tree could also entitle you of commission percentages down to 10 levels on their first month orders.

• Binary Commissions

Unlike the Jump Start Commissions that only happens for the first 30 days and is a weekly payout, Binary Commission is a monthly payout. Once you enjoyed your Jump Start Commission, your volume would be placed in the binary tree that would contribute to the ETQV of the team. This is the start of your journey to earn team commissions. In the Binary payout system, there would constantly be two legs: the Right and the Left. Both should produce certain amounts of CV and should not exceed their respective quotas.

This is where the job of the Leg Rule comes. To calculate this commission, it will be based on the matching amount of CV between both legs, which will always be the amount of your “weaker” leg. Let’s say that the Left Leg managed to produce 1000 CV while the Right Leg managed to produce 1500 CV. With that, the Binary Commission of the group would be the 1000 CV since it is lower which represents the weaker leg. Nevertheless, the remaining 500 CV would be placed for the next month's collection of CV.

It does sound good, doesn’t it? Of course, why not? As long as both legs work hard, you could earn a greater amount of commissions. Unfortunately, no. There are set Payout Caps that determine the earnings of each rank. This is the reason why the tree must branch out to elevate the ranks of its members to help them be eligible for higher Payout Caps.

• Check Matching

This is a monthly bonus and doesn’t come from your team’s Binary Commissions. This is one of the motivations you could find at BioReigns to help your team to continue branching out. Depending on your rank in your sponsorship tree, you could earn a Check Matching Bonus on their binary check.

Let's say that you are currently enjoying the E3K rank. When your Personally Sponsored Rep (Level 1) receives a thousand on his or her Binary Commission check, you would get a check matching bonus of 30 percent or $300 bonus. Nonetheless, again, remember that it doesn't come from your team's Binary Commissions. It wouldn't be deducted from their bonus. Instead, you are just "matching" your bonus percentage based on what they are getting on their Binary Commissions. The best part about this is that you could benefit from this down to 10 levels deep, if you could reach the highest rank which is the BR Elite position.

• Advancement Bonus

This is a bonus that depends on the rank of an individual. To be eligible for this bonus, you must remain as an active part of the team maintaining your position for three consecutive months. The 50 percent Leg Rule also applies to the Rank Advancement Bonus calculation. The Rank Incentive Bonuses are also cumulative. Hence, if you manage to advance in various ranks in just a single month, the corresponding bonuses will just add up. Nevertheless, this bonus only applies to specific ranks which start at E1K rank.

• Expense Bonus

Running a business obviously puts anyone to incur expenses. Knowing that BioReigns offers help to its people to offset those costs is truly flattering. Nevertheless, this bonus is only given to specific higher ranks. It starts at the Elite 5K rank up to BioReigns Elite which is eligible for a whopping $20,000. There are also requirements that should be met to attain this bonus. It includes being active for the said position and maintaining that position for four consecutive months.

• Drivers

Having a bonus like this is truly nice. Nevertheless, just like other bonuses, Driver Bonus is also regulated by the Leg Rule where no more than 50% of your ETQV should come from one sponsorship leg. Basically, the driver Bonus is based on your ETQV in three periods of 30 days, starting on the day you enroll as a Rep. Driver. Also, do remember that this bonus is not cumulative and not concurrent. Driver Bonus has a requirement of 1000 to 3000 ETQV that you need to fulfill up to your 90th day in the company. To earn the 30 Day Driver Reward ($75), you need to achieve the 1000 ETVQ within thirty days after enrolling as a Rep. To continue after that, you have the next 30 days to fulfill the next 3000 ETVQ to be eligible for the 60 Day Driver Reward ($200). Lastly, you have another 30 days to provide 5000 ETVQ to be eligible for the 90 Day Driver Reward ($350).

Income Disclosure: The Reality

BioReigns’ Compensation Plan is truly overwhelming. Why not? It offers you great rewards and bonuses. Nevertheless, in all MLM opportunities, regardless of how fancy their compensation offers are, there is still one question that needs to be answered; does it work? Beyond the tempting rewards, bonuses, compensations, profit or whatever they call it, it should always be possible by anyone trying to work for it. It should be a realistic plan within one’s reach. If there is one thing that proves it, that is the income disclosure statements of each company. Let us see BioReigns’ and decide if it is one of those compensation plans that offer realistic rewards.

BioReigns is new to the industry. Perhaps, it is really the reason why the company “lacks enough statistical data to prepare a more robust and reliable income disclosure.” However, the company’s projection of the average annual gross revenue of Reps is still something to think about. Ranging between $500 and $2,000, anyone considering it as a source of favorable profit should better think twice.

The company also offers great bonuses and rewards to its Reps and that is actually something we all should applaud especially the Advancement and the Expense Bonus. Looking closer at these offers, do notice that they are just being offered to those who are already profiting from great rewards they are getting from their high ranks. We do realize that it is a way for the company to reward the loyalty of its Reps but isn't it better to use such funds to uplift the life of those average Reps struggling at the bottom of the system and prevent them from falling?

BioReigns also uses a Binary system. Binary compensation plans, using two legs, often cause a welfare mentality with the team. Do expect that you would recruit individuals varying in their experiences and abilities. You’d have those who are knowledgeable skilled pros at the field who would demand to be part of your power leg while there would be members who would just sit back and wait for others to build the team for them. That is one of the downsides of a Binary system. It causes other members to think that the team would grow even without their help since the efforts of those who work hard would compensate for their lack of initiative.

Also, since BioReigns is using a binary system, there is always a Leg Rule that you need to observe. Unfortunately, whether you like it or not, you would always be paid depending on the earnings of the weaker leg, not to mention that there is a Payout Caps rule in BioReigns depending on your rank or status.

Weighing Things: Pros and Cons

Though you see a lot of things about BioReigns you should think about, Bioreigns is a legit MLM… at least technically. The company is not a scam. Nevertheless, with the details the company decides to keep in a murky shade, you should probably be cautious about joining it.

Despite the facts presented, joining BioReigns has always been a choice for you, and only for you, to make. Nevertheless, you should always consider if taking such a risk grants you a high possibility of winning the game or not. No one wants to sweat and labor just to inevitably lose at the end. That is the general downside of it all. That is the downside of all MLM opportunities.

MLMs have always had a bad reputation in the marketing industry. And the worst is that it is not based on hearsays. According to the 15-year study of Jon M. Taylor, MBA, Ph.D., Consumer Awareness Institute among 350 prominent MLMs, 99 percent of these MLM individuals lost money.

Though BioReigns is not pushing its Reps to focus on recruiting other members, it is obvious that the only way to earn more in such a business is through recruiting other individuals. This automatically pushes MLM folks to continue recruiting people.

The fact that MLM is organized using the pyramid structure also puts the industry in constant danger of collapse. With commissions being sucked away from those at the bottom of the system and putting the unbearable pressure and weight on their backs, MLM individuals tend to abandon the system. This could put a great risk to the entire company if such an occurrence continues.
