EB Tucker’s “5G Master Key” Stock – Legit or Shady Investment?

What is the "5G master key" that EB Tucker is teasing? Is it legit? Is it a scam? Should you avoid this opportunity like the plague? What is the company he is talking about?

In this review I'll be answering all of these questions, but let's first go over some of the promotional material and what we are told.

You've probably come across the presentation, which claims that this "5G master key" investment opportunity "could turn a small stake into $97,930 in the months ahead"...

5G Master Key video

We are told that there's a fatal flaw in 5G tech. The problem is that 5G signals, at the moment, can't pass through barriers, like walls, windows, and doors... which means that if you can't use 5G signals inside. This is a major problem, and makes 5G useless to a large extent.

In fact, T-Mobile's Chief Technology Officer was quoted as saying that order to get 5G coverage "you'll need no walls, no windows, no buildings, no trees... and lots of luck"... pretty funny.

However, he then goes on to talk about one piece of technology that is going to fix this problem... and of course investing in the company behind the technology could provide big windfalls... of "up to 9,700%"...

He then goes on to claim that "early investors could become tomorrow's tech millionaires"... and we are then given past examples of similar innovations that have led to massive surges in stock prices, such as Nvidia, which helped fix a problem with 4G coverage and had its stock price subsequently rise over 17,000%...

Of course we are told that we MUST MOVE QUICKLY, and we HAVE TO ACT NOW.

But, it's a bit concerning that in the presentation we are shown fake testimonials, which makes me more suspicious of this opportunity and makes me wonder if it actually might be a scam.

The screenshot above is from the video presentation. We are told that "Jim G." invested in the opportunity and is already making a killing.

HOWEVER, I ran a reverse Google image search of the picture and found it to be a stock photo, available for purchase by anyone...

And the other testimonials we were shown also included fake images.

Here you can see "C.L. Osaka" who supposedly just cashed out 3,100%...

But after doing a search for the image shown I also found it to be a stock photo...

So... a "5G master key", fake testimonial images, what's going on here?

Let's find out...

What Is The "5G Master Key"?

The "5G Master Key" is a term made-up by E.B. Tucker and the team at Casey Research.

There is nothing actually called this, but as we know EB Tucker is referring to some new technology that will fix the 5G problem.

It was made up for promotional purposes, and for good reason as you will see.

What's Really Going On Here

What's really going on here is they are using this promotional lure to bring in new subscribers, just like EB Tucker's "Gold Placements" teaser.

You are told that you can get full details on this opportunity "for free". And that all the details are included in the free report... "The 5G Master Key: 9,700% Gain as 5G Sweeps the Globe"...

screenshot

However, in order to get the details... in order to get the free report that goes over the name, ticker symbol, and details of the company, you need to subscribe to Strategic Investor.

What is Strategic Investor?

It is an investment advisory service provided by Casey Research and ran by EB Tucker.

Basically it is a follow-along style advisory service (like Motley Fool's Stock Advisor service) in which subscribers are told what to invest in and when to invest. If you join this is what you get:

  • 12 Monthly Issues of Strategic Investor - These include a new investment recommendation along with market updates, insights into new tech innovations, and more.
  • Model Portfolio - Here you can view the model portfolio of all EB's recommendations to see how things are performing.
  • Updates - When it's time to sell or stop buying, subscribers are alerted.

There are also a few other special reports that they provide as a bonus, besides the "5G Master Key" report.

The cost of Strategic Investor is $49 for the first year and then $129/yr after that.

What Is The Tiny Company Behind The "5G Master Key"?

So without buying a subscription you want to know the company being teased here, right?

In the teaser we are given quite a few hints, and luckily enough that I was able to figure things out.

Some of the more factual and detailed information that we are told about the company includes that it...

  • Has multi-million dollar contracts with T-Mobile and Sprint
  • Uses technology called SKY, which consists of a satellite orbiting earth to distribute 5G signals to wide areas, exponentially more than a cell tower on earth could
  • Has a $18 million deal to help spread broadband across Russia - handpicked by Gazprom Space Systems
  • China Satcom recently selected the company to provide China with broadband service
  • In Peru there exists a $285 million deal to provide connectivity support
  • It's mentioned that it's under $10/share right now

So what is the company being teased?

The answer to this question was actually easier to find than I expected.

The company is Gilat Satellite Networks (GILT).

GILT has a partnership with China Satcom, has a deal with the Peruvian government in which it was awarded $285 million, they have an $18 million deal with Gazprom Space Systems to provide connectivity in Russia, and of course they are a satellite company.

Everything checks out.

Oh ya, and the stock price (at the moment) is just under $10...

GILT stock price

So there you have it.

Now you don't have to subscribe to find out the mystery company that EB Tucker has been teasing. This is, without a doubt, it.

Good Investment?

The reason EB Tucker and Casey Research are claiming this is such a good investment is because it will supposedly solve the 5G problem, which is that the signals are easily blocked by physical objects.

However, I'm not entirely sure how this makes sense. As far as I see, GILT will help connect 5G antennas by providing large blanket connection from satellites in space... but the signals it sends out will be the same, will they not? Won't they still be easily blocked?

Maybe I'm not quite understanding it right, but the logic behind EB Tucker's presentation seems to have some flaws.

If anyone has an answer to this, comment below this post!

So is it really that good of an investment? Well, it does have a leg-up on competition and could be a big player in the 5G space, but I definitely don't think you should rely on the 9,000+% surge in price that EB Tucker is teasing.

Conclusion

Quick recap:

  • "5G master key" is a made-up term for promotional purposes
  • Have to subscribe to Strategic Investor in order to get the information on the "5G master key" opportunity
  • Gilat Satellite Networks (GILT) is the company being teased - don't have to subscribe to find out anymore

I hope this review helps. Please share it to help spread the word. Investment teasers like this can be misleading.

Take care, and if you are looking for a no BS investment advisory service that has a proven track-record then Stock Advisor is a great choice, and one of the very few that we recommend here at Legendary Wallet. Just thought I'd throw this out there.

Let me know what you think about the "5G master key" in the comment section below...

      1. thanks on the heads up about gilt, I’m still learning about the stocks, but what about ericsson as guess about the certain stock he was talkn about

  1. Thanks for sharing this piece of information. It is an eye opener to new investors. Please keep sending such reviews please.

  2. So much false information in this video I don’t even know where to start. Very dishonest to take people’s money for this “research”.

Delivering 5G indoors will require a lower frequency band or a type of femtocell to boost the signal indoors. The former will not give you the very high download speeds in congested areas (for now at least) and the latter won’t work unless your femtocell is very close to a provider’s antenna.

    1. Hi Shawn,

Thank you for adding your two cents. I figured that much of what was said probably wasn’t all that true, but my knowledge on the technology is limited.

    2. Looking at the tech.. appears It can only work if receivers are placed everywhere (at least Every other house) and hardwired indoors.. Then route signal to each section of the house…more small infrastructure and possible increased radiation exposure. The price we would pay for faster speed

  3. I agree with Shawn’s comment above.
The only thing that a “satellite” based system will improve is the fact that “5G” signals will be available over a much larger area of the world, depending on the number and locations of the satellites.
I’m not sure how they intend to correct the “in building” signal problem because it is a BIG PROBLEM.

  4. You know the old saying “if it’s too good to be true it probably is”.If you look at it logically, why would anyone want to share information with the general public about investments either in a product or the companies that make it that could them make thousands of percent profit. This type of info is usually privy to the very wealthy and a few savvy individuals who has done their homework on investing in the stock market. I can assure you the very wealthy will never share their insiders info on buying ,investing and selling stocks etc with the general public simply because this would cut into their profits!!!

    1. That is very true. You also have to consider the fact that many of the editors to advisory services out there are able to make good money from buying in first and then profiting from the surge in price brought on by a bunch of subscribers buying in after them… not that this is what’s going on here, but it does happen.

  5. Also in Tuckers report “Power Metals” he mentions a company that is set to surge in the manufacturing of certain metals that are under demand to manufacture batteries. ” Do you any info on this company. Also in his report ” 5G biggest device supplier” he claims there is a tech company that has the market for making the micro chips for the new cell phones. Do you have any info on the above two items?

    1. Hi Bob,

At this time I don’t have any info on any of this unfortunately. It’s difficult for me to keep up with all the investment teasers out there.

  6. Appreciate your research on this “opportunity” offered by E B Tucker. We summize that Powerful Investors create their wealth by “researching” (there’s that word again!) the Financial sector, regarding trends in the Stock Market . The bottom line is to be VERY
CAUTIOUS when making investment decisions and then only if one has the capital to invest!
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!! Seriously people – Research before you commit your hard earned money into a “can’t lose” sales pitch

  7. Perceive with great scepticism! How stocks have you purchased? Get back with stock man and ticket symbols, please. Thanks

  8. Kyle,

good article and 5g has some technical flaws that have to be addressed. 5g is line of
sight and have range of 4 blocks. qcom snap dragon chip x50 and x60 can change
to 4g or 5g, so the tmobile ad doesn’t show what the reception is 4g or 5g, and
the issue of walls, leaves, trees and rain interfering with 5g is real. as a regular cell
phone/internet user the current speed is ok and I don’t need to purchase a $1,300
phone to make calls or use the internet. will 5g home systems be completely wireless
and not have 5g wireless routers in each room for adequate reception. beaming devices
may have to be attached to be able to receive the 5g signals and directed to 5g routers
that may be wireless or hardwired. telecoms should provide this equipment as part
of their deployment of 5g without littering the landscape with all of these 5g transmitters
and trying to imply you have to purchase a 5g phone on there system.

  9. Thank you I almost bought it, but I thought to myself there has got to be enough information from the video to find it. Thank you for making it easier it find then I thought it would be. The world need more people like you 🙂

Looking forward too your informational email s

  10. I am not a smart man but it would seem to me that “GILT and ERIC” will have a part in 5G but it will be whomever makes the antennas inside and out. Thank you Kyle, I signed up with my email address.

  11. Thank you Kyle you”re very kind to want to help people that just want to maybe invest in something that’s legit and take a chance!! years ago when i was in high school i missed out on an opportunity of a lifetime. But, being a kid I had no idea this grow into such a big deal…. I came home and told my dad… at the time in the early 70’s the shares were 100$ ea. Dad didn’t believe me so life goes on…. well this food chain grew into to mega billions etc.. the name of this food chain is McDonalds…. so I’ve been ready for years and with a family of daughters… lol!, Im ready look at new possibilities!! Thank you!! I did not subscribe to a scam.. Lord knows I have no money to waste… Bless you sir!!Ms. Donna

    1. You’re welcome Donna. I’m glad to help.

That would have been quite the opportunity to invest in McDonalds back then!

  12. There also appears to be a merger happening between GILT and Comtech Telecommunications Corp (CMTL). “Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, GILT shareholders will receive $7.18 in cash and 0.08425 shares of CMTL for each share of GILT they own, representing per-share merger consideration of $8.28 based upon CMTL’s March 23, 2020 closing price of $13.06” This tells me that it may not be the best time to invest in GILT unless they surge prior to the acquisition. Info source, http://www.weisslawllp.com/gilat-satellite-networks-ltd/ (there’s also investigations going on with GILT)

  13. I’d like to comment on a comment here:

The answer is this madmax, the way the stock market works is the more people invest in a certain stock, the more potential profit the earlier investors can take. Sometimes these “scam” ads are done to bring the price of a stock up and then the person who spread the story around about the stock benefits by selling his shares.
Things are not always as they seem

  14. Thanks heaps for keeping us to date with whats going on with these pump and dump teasing site that you pay considerable amount for and then they bring out a new one on something else. Who wins – they do.

  15. The signal that GILT will use is a different type that the land based with the issues. It will be a Wi-Fi signal which uses different processes. Elon Musk has also launched a broadband network that has a train of satilittes now orbiting the earth. You can actually see it while it is passing overhead. Apple also has a patent on a system that has not come to fruition as of yet. All these cell phone companies are on notice cause this will be the future of communications a Hyper-net highway with a proven more reliable, less harmful method.

  16. You have no clue how much my husband and I appreciate your sharing this information. Definitely signed up for your newsletter!

  17. I was reading about another company who will solve the 5g connectivity issues using America’s major fiber infrastructure to connect anntena interface modules to the fiber net.
Not sure who that company is.

  18. My thoughts on this as a new investor is this but I could be wrong , wether this is a marketing scam or not , you said all these countries are paying for this Gilt , they will be using it for sure wether it works or not , so wouldn’t there still be a small surge in the beginning ? Even if it’s short term ? Or am I missing something ?

  19. They’ve managed to get the 5G signal from their satellites into an airplane, so obviously they’ve found a way to get the signal through “material”. I’m not an engineer or a scientist nor am I educated in this field even the slightest and can’t name anything technical. But I have been researching this company extensively for about 12 hours a day for almost an entire week now and it appears, to the best of my understanding, in layman’s terms, the “key” is that they convert the wavelengths back and fourth allowing it to pass through. They convert the signal into long wavelengths allowing it to pass through “material” and then when it bounces off whatever modem is inside, it’s converted back into high frequency wavelengths. Of course, I could be completely misunderstanding everything I’ve been reading, though. If anyone else out there more knowledgeable in this field can do some digging to confirm/deny this that would be great.

  20. I am new to the investment arena and have been studying it nearly everyday for over 2 months and just felt uncomfortable with the “join and get my newsletter” for the information I was seeking.
    Thanks for your detective work.

  21. Thank you! Seems Big Tec can’t get enough scamming ! Glad you’ve exposed all of this. Again “ If it sounds to good to be true it probably is”.
