If I wasn't working and making money online like I am, I would have never been about to enjoy delicious BBQ and sticky rice in the mountains of Northern Vietnam...
This is "sticky rice" that is first cooked inside a tube of bamboo. Later the bamboo is broken and the rice is taken out. DELICIOUS!
I would have never got to pet this adorable (and very fat) Pomeranian dog in Thailand...
And I wouldn't have been able to travel all over in Thailand at next to nothing in one of these pickup-truck/bus things (I don't know what you call them)...
It doesn't matter what you do.
I like to travel, but you may choose to take advantage of your time freedom and ability to work from anywhere by spending more time with family, or just relaxing at home.
Yes, This Actually Works.. In Reality, Not Just In Theory

The last thing I want to do is give you the misleading impression that you are going to be able to get started today and make a bunch of easy money--NOT TRUE.
It takes time.
And it takes work.
When I started out in 2015 I was working a dead-end job mowing grass on a golf course, mostly cutting the grass only to have rich golfers mess it all up.
I knew that the job had no future, and I had heard of people making money online, so I began to do some research (and by "some" I mean A LOT).
After a few scams and a heck of a lot of time wasted on things like taking paid surveys online, I had finally come across what I'm still doing to this day.
Funny Story: I almost got scammed for several hundred dollars early on. The only reason I didn't was because my debit card was frozen from someone trying to use it in another country. So my bank saved stupid old me from being scammed!
But even after finding something "that actually worked" it still wasn't easy.
The truth is that this takes real work and it takes real time. There is no work-around, no substitute for hard work.
But it certainly can pay off and if you are a determined hard-working individual there is no reason it can't work for you too (assuming you have a computer and a good internet connection).
How I Make Money & How You Can Too.. It's Not Rocket-Science
The good news:
- It's not rocket science
- You don't need any tech skills
- You can work as little or as much as you want (great for any schedule)
- You can work wherever you want
The bad news:
- It's probably going to seem difficult at first
- This is not a "get rich quick" opportunity
What I do is set up web pages, promote products, and earn commissions when I help make sales.
You see this type of thing happening all the time on the internet.
And when you see it happening you know people are making money.
It's likely more common than you think, you just never realized it.
Real Life Example:
Here I searched for "best dog toys" on Google, which is probably a pretty popular search.
As you can see, the first result is for "Top 10 Dog Toys" and it's from a website called CanineJournal.com...
Now when I click on this website it is basically a list of what they consider the top 10 dog toys, a description of each, and a link to "View on Amazon":
These links to "View on Amazon" are affiliate links, meaning that every time someone clicks on these links they are then directed to Amazon where they can purchase the products... and if they do purchase the products on Amazon, the website owner gets paid.
How many times have you seen links to:
- Click Here to Buy
- Buy on Amazon
- Lowest Price Here
- Available Here... and so on.
It doesn't really matter what you search for on Google, you are bound to find some websites making money doing this.
And there is plenty of opportunity with over 5 billion searches happening on Google every day and the number of internet users predicted to seen continuous growth.
But Wait... Did You Say You Create Websites? This Sounds Way Too Difficult
I know that is what you are probably thinking, because I thought the same at first too.
But it is not as complicated as it sounds.
Above you saw that the website promoting dog toys on Amazon basically just provides some basic information about the top 10 dog toys.
And this is just one of many examples on how to go about it.
You don't have to be an expert on dog toys to write about them. In fact, you don't have to be an expert on anything to do this. You can write what you know and if you don't know something you can do research.
- You don't have to be an expert on anything
- You don't have to be a great writer (you will get better though)
- You don't need experience
- You don't need any qualifications
- And you don't need any tech skills or knowledge of coding
There is a way to easily create websites and you can find good training that will walk you through the process of getting started.
You can create your website on just about anything, such as something you like or have in interest in. Some examples just to get your mind turning include:
- Cats, Dogs
- Basketball
- Knitting and/or sewing
- Running Tough Mudders
- Drones
- Gadgets
- Protein supplements
- Weight loss
- Investing
- Gaming
... and a whole lot more..
These are just some examples.
Once you have your site up and running you could:
- Promote dog toys and dog foods if your site is about dogs
- Promote baseball bats and gloves if it's about baseball
- Promote knitting supplies if it's about knitting
You get the point.
You create a website.
You get free traffic from people searching on Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.
You promote relevant products.
You get paid commissions when you help make sales.
